Normal Wear ( defined) and Return Policy
Thermoplastic components offer many advantages over other materials. There is an expected amount of wear that comes from constant friction between any material. There is a common misconception that thermoplastic is “friction free” and “will not cause wear to the finish of a firearm”. Though the amount of friction is reduced, because of the hydrophobic properties and debris is less likely to adhere to the plastic, eventually, signs of wear will appear on your firearm.
If your holster or carrier acquires debris, simply rinsing it with water and allowing ample time to dry is the most efficient and effective way to clean and maintain your HTC product.
Normal wear is defined as: Reasonable use; factory configuration, and routine maintenance. “torture” testing or adding other products to HTC products are not considered normal wear and will void existing warrantees.
Should you have problems with your HTC product, we will cover the cost to get it back to our shop for our engineering and production teams to examine and repair (if necessary). IF it is determined that the HTC product failed by any means other than normal wear, a refund will not be issued, and the customer will be provided with an explanation of findings.
